Terms and Conditions

These terms cover use of PestPod at pestpod.ai, including appointment texting for pest control technicians and the customers who opt in to those texts. PestPod is operated from Louisiana, United States. Contact: support@pestpod.ai or 504-732-0822.
1. Who we are
Neutrino Productions LLC doing business as PestPod (“PestPod,” “we,” “us”) provides route reminders, appointment confirmations, and a reply log for pest control technicians. We do not own your routes or your customers. You do.
2. Technician accounts
Starter is $30 per month for up to 50 booked jobs. Pro is $50 per month for unlimited booked jobs, route scan, and auto-reminders. You are responsible for your login, the numbers you upload, and getting real consent before any text goes out. Phone charges from your carrier are yours.
We do not guarantee delivery, data accuracy, or that a customer will reply. Double-check dates and addresses yourself. Our maximum liability for the service is the amount you paid us in the prior three months. Louisiana law governs. Talk to us at support@pestpod.ai before any formal dispute.
3. SMS program terms
Program: Service reminders and booking texts from PestPod (Neutrino Productions LLC dba PestPod) and from independent pest control technicians who use PestPod, such as Blain. Texts come from the number of the technician you signed up with.
Message frequency: up to 4 messages per month. Msg & data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email support@pestpod.ai.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
PestPod Appointment Alerts — appointment reminders, booking confirmations, reschedule notices, and service-day messages for a pest control visit the recipient has opted in to. This is not a marketing or promotional program.
Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply “STOP” to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@pestpod.ai or 504-732-0822.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency and rates. Message and data rates may apply. Up to 4 messages per month. A typical opted-in service generates up to 4 messages: a reminder, a confirmation request, a confirmation, and a day-of notice. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Age. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to the PestPod Appointment Alerts program.
4. Consent
A reply of Y confirms an appointment. It is not how someone joins the program. Consent happens only by the unchecked box on our opt-in page, by texting YES to 504-732-0822 after seeing the program disclosure, or by verbal consent given to the technician during a service visit after the technician reads the disclosure. Technicians must keep a record of verbal consent: name, mobile number, date, and that the disclosure was read.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the version in effect.
